He urged the people to get ready for the polls as Rajapakse regime must and shall go as it is breathing its last now.

Meanwhile, it was revealed in Parliament that the Health Minister must resign for his gross inefficiency.

Every Hospital is in chaos with the patients being not cared for due to improper administration and lack of diligence .De Soysa maternity home, the Castle Street Hospital, the Amparai Hospital were among the many in disarray: Pregnant mothers have to come at 2.30 a.m. to get a ticket to attend the clinic. At the Castle Street Hospital, some pregnant mothers are forced to sleep on the floors because there are no beds.

The corruption and reckless wastages were also pinpointed which have entailed many millions of rupees loss of people’s money. A staggering Rs. 61 million has been paid to contractors as fines for wanton delays in payments strongly suggesting that these delays were deliberately planned on an understanding between the contractor and those releasing payment.
